The VdiagTool (VD70S) was able to clear the airbag error after the interior work, making it really useful for modernizing the vehicle. It handled multiple faults easily and allowed for quick scanning and resetting, which saved a lot of time. Definitely a reliable tool for BMW diagnostics.
The V500 instantly impressed me — it now includes a true built-in oscilloscope and even a 0–5 V output and injector pulse tester. I can actually view live square-wave and current-ramp waveforms right on the screen in the field, which is insane for a $200 mobile tool. This absolutely becomes a must-carry diagnostic tool for quick confirmation testing.
The scanner is impressively fast — the WiFi connection responds even quicker than regular Bluetooth. It performs full system autoscan in seconds and supports true bidirectional control, just like the high-end tools. For everything it can do, the price is honestly very good — I was genuinely impressed.
We hooked up the tester and it walked us through everything automatically — super intuitive. It immediately told us the battery wasn’t charged enough — no guessing needed. The result was crystal clear — “It’s great. That’s exactly what we want to see.”
