✅Three Modes of Calibrations to Get Accurate Paint Depth Results
>>>Zero Calibration
Place the paint depth tester meter vertically on a metal substrate, then press the "ZERO" button and wait until the zero point calibration is completed.
>>>Basic Calibration
Press and hold "LEFT BUTTON " to enter/exit basic calibration. The [CAL] icon will be displayed on the screen. Put the plastic foils on the uncoated piece of metal included consecutively and perform 7-point calibration in sequence (0.0μm, 50.0μm, 100μm, 250μm, 500μm, 1000μm, 1500μm).
If there is a difference between the value displayed on the screen and the calibration standard foils to be tested, please press" UP/ DOWN" key to adjust the value on the screen until they match.
The screen will display [OVER] after calibration. At this time, lift up this mil thickness meter for metal and [CAL] disappears.
>>>Offset Calibration
Under single measurement mode, put a thick plastic foil on the metal substrate, place the tester vertically on the foil and start testing, press "UP/ DOWN" to adjust the displayed thickness value to match the actual foil value, then the offset calibration is done.

Our USA/EU/Russia warehouses have stock, but there are no branch technical departments in the EU/Russia. If there is an issue with the item that requires repair, you will need to send it back to the USA warehouse or our Shenzhen warehouse.
Shipping from CN/HK Warehouse:
- If the item you purchased is not in stock at our overseas warehouse, we will ship it from CN/HK Warehouse. Delivery usually takes 7-15 business days.
