VDIAGTOOL also manufactures Battery Repair Tools, Charging Packs, Battery Testers, Key Programming Tools, Paint Film Meters.

A6: We ship from local warehouses in the US, EU, UK, and AU for most orders, with delivery in 2–5 business days. For other regions or out-of-stock items, orders are dispatched from our CN/HK warehouse, with delivery in 7–15 business days.

A10: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide areplacement or refundas needed.

A14: If your parcel has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately to update your address. If the recipient’s address was incorrect and delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to us. Once we receive it, we will contact you to confirm the updated address and arrange re-delivery.

A21: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
