Because not all vehicles come with the same functions when manufactured and even the vehicles of the same model might have various configurations.
As for your request about a feature list, due to the wide variety and complexity of vehicle makes, models, and year versions, and because our devices are constantly being developed and updated, it is not possible to maintain a fully comprehensive written list that covers every detail of compatibility.

Regarding the issue with connecting to the TCM on your 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK, our engineer has looked into it and would like to share the following insight:Please try entering the CGW system to see if there is a TCM listed. If the configuration for the TCM is marked as FALSE, it means your vehicle does not have a individual TCM module. In many cases, especially with certain Jeep models, the TCM system is likely to integrate into the PCM instead of being a separate system. In this case, you can try connecting through the PCM system.
You can directly go to the “Updates” menu on the main screen of your device, search for “Benz”, and then download the Benz software package from there.

In other words, the lifetime update is not limited to only the basic functions already downloaded on the device.
